Is Yahoo just a little nutty with the whole violation thing? I recently received a violation notice for my answer to the following question:

Question: how many times have you been in love?

My Answer: Many. It happens every time I'm reintroduced to a Hershey bar.

Yeah Tracie, but why? Who would have been offended by that answer. And why would Yahoo take their complaint seriously?

Linda, I've received violation notices before for politically charged answers to politically charged questions. That is expected since I know the questioner is looking only for those in agreement. But that answer was just an innocent little joke.

I don't know what that was all about. Perhaps the Nestle people reported you.

Yeah, that is a little strange, but not enough to warrant a violation. Maybe someone was "pms"ing that day. I have seen some answers that need reporting but I personally have only reported someone once for extreme prejudice. Don't take it so hard, it happens to all of us.
