If you want to embed a Translator like Babelfish, you could do that too, but, I'd not reccommend it, because the dictionaries you'd need to run them with are heavy!
Providing a linked dialog box control would be better!

By the way, don't worry if you're a novice and have to learn. The Web Builders at Tripod and Bravenet are very easy to use and even kids have made their own Web Sites with them!

Ha i love this question! Okay best bet is if you have no abilities in html/css... Java or anything like that try freewebs.net or geocities.com There both free you are limited to certain things but there simple they walk you through it give you ideas...Also I make websites and i have a friend you could hire to make websites. As for that link its broken so I dont know what you where looking for exactly but freewebs.net allows alot of things. Check it out.
