The problem with being a celebrity is you lose track of normal human behavior. When you have personal assistants to do all the day in day out tasks that occupy normal folk (paying bills, laundry, even buying presents for family member's birthdays) two thing happen:

1] You become very spoiled and think you're above EVERYTHING. That's how you get celebs who hit policement in the face for daring to give them a ticket.

2] You have way too much time on your hands. This fuels things like drugs and shopping sprees.

These problems wouldn't be so pervasive if celebs didn't use their wealth to eliminate so much of a normal life's chores. The problem that would remain is the publicity when you least want it. I know if I were going through a break-up the last thing I'd want would be the sordid details splashed all over the news. It's bad enough when your guy dumps you - but imagine seeing pictures of him with his new girl on the front page of every rag in the grocery store...

Wait, what am I thinking? Celebs don't GO to the grocery store. I wonder who gets stuck showing them the pictures? No wonder they keep getting arrested for slapping around their assistants ;-)

Identity crisis
Lack of privacy
Everyone else remembers ur bad times even if u want to forget them
If u had pinched 5 marbles from ur childhood friend or had pecked your kindergarden schoolmate on the cheek when u were 6 - it makes headlines!

The minute they become famous they lose their identity. they are told what to think, what to say and what to. They can't go anywhere without being hassled by the public, and every wrong move they make, no matter how trivial, is documented in every cheap tabloid. they become puppets, unless they have a strong base of friends or family to keep them grounded.
