Try The Pursuit of Happiness for a father son movie, it's really sweet! And yeah, What a Girl Wants is also a great father daughter movie! Also A Litte Princess is good.

Father of the Bride, My Girl ? Just depends on what you both like. Me and my father watched Bruce Lee movies when I was a young girl.Now when we visit, we watch Jackie Chan movies.
