My best friend had some one send her a picture on her telephone, the problem is that this picture showed 2 young girls they looked around 12 or 14 years old,and they were nude.well we called the number and I spoke to this individual, I asked who he was and why he was sending us his sort of pictures, not to mention me cursing him out and him hanging up on me.Well I think this individual may be a peddafile and i would like to report him and find out his Identity, this individual should be punished.the fullest extend of the law but how do we go about it?

If you still have the images on the phone then just take it to your local police, They can contact the phone company and get the guy's I.D as well as trace any images the guy has sent. Phone companies keep a record of what is sent by mobile phones so even if you don't have the images on the mobile anymore or the phone number the police can still get the information they need. Good luck.

if you dont mind spending 30 or 40 dollars you can do a background check using the phone number; it seems like you cld turn the phone number and pics over to the police or an investigator and that they cld/shld proceed identifying the pervert, but i'm not a hundred percent positive on that... its definitely worth the try, and the 40 dollars if it can be spared to put the dude in jail

That's a good question. Your friend can save the picture on her phone and who sent it and call DCF Division of children and famies, or the Child Welfare agencvy, or maybe ask your town police seargent. It don't know if the FBI is a good starting point. Good luck.

Turn the phone number over to the police in your area, and explain what happened, they will investigate it, that is all you can do.
