Many US universities will ask for an SAT. That's not the British test for kiddies mind you, it's a standardised test, and you can take it in cities like Manchester and Swansea. The Californians have their own tests, and some might let foreign students fly without the test, you better check with the particular University first.

Many want you to apply the November before University starts... so you may be too late for Fall 2007 with some of the more competitive ones.

They are harder work than UK Universities, and they take a full four years (I've attended many systems, the same work level that failed me out of the US and France gave me a 2:2 honours in the UK). If you're a rich foreigner however they may give you some leeway and not use as much red ink for spelling and grammar mistakes.

Check the University's website, and ask them. They won't accept anyone who's too shy to contact them directly.

i do not comprehend which situation you're aiming for, the get entry to criteria fluctuate from course to course, so that you will be staggering to the contact the dep. you're in contact in and ask what their criteria for united states scholars will be. It received't count number adversarial to you, the fellow who responds received't unavoidably have some thing to do such as your software besides. are you able to practice to numerous colleges? no longer extremely. I mean you are able to practice to different classes and for each course specify a unique college yet if you're utilizing to do say, Anthropology, you won't be able to practice over and once more suitable to numerous colleges for the same course. that's all the same college, the colleges are extremely only the position you stay and socialise. you are able to notwithstanding, submit an open software in case you extremely do not concepts which college you pass to. this may advance your probabilities of being provided an section.

I think if you can get yourself dressed in the morning would guarantee you entery into any US university.

Incidently, Princeton is rubbish, had a colleague go there, and they said that it was all posh hype.

Seriously though, if you're still at university in the UK, have you tried talking to your education advisor, they should be able to help you find out the qualifications you need, as well as more information about the courses.

Go to the universities websites, and there go to Admissions. All the admission requirements and fees are posted online at each university's website.

Here's for Princeton: http://www.princeton.edu/main/admission-aid/undergraduate/

They look at your last two year grades.

They generally like to see an SAT or ACT score that is very high.

You have to pass an English and Math test.

Finally, you realize it's expensive to go to Princeton.
