If your using a wireless mouse then maybe batteries are low or if not press the windows key on keyboard then all programs then accessibility's OK hope this helps

What exactly do you still have on your screen if anything ?
What Operating system ?
Have you checked if your mouse is working ?
Assuming it's XP you are talking about or even Windows 2K, try booting in safe mode (F8) and select Use last known working configuration.
what did you do last before this happened, can you undo that ?

May I ask how you're clicking all the options to navigate this page?

Aside from that, have you tried restoring your computer to a previous date when you wasn't having these problems, that should sort your predicament out for you.
