Vincent Kennedy McMahan is the most uncredible WWE champion. But the least credible ever, would be WCW world champion David Arquette.

In a shocker.....Rey Mysterio
The David...thing in WCW....well it was WCW so what would you expect.
Vince..I could see a owner of a buisness doing something like that. He has the money and power to do it.
Cena...yes without hip hop he's no champ
Still Mysterio beats them all. I was cool with giving old WCW guys and people that had been in the buisness a long time a chance to hold the title. Still give him the IC title or something. The 619....That's cool for a lightweight match, but for the heavyweight champion of THE WORLD that can not be your finisher? He just doesn't fit in other champions. Hogan, Bret Hart, Michaels, Stone Cold, The Rock, Triple H, Brock, Angle, and then Mysterio.
All the other guys it would be legit to say they could beat anyone, but Mysterio no way. He was one of my favorites in WCW, but he doesn't belong in the main event of any show. I don't care if he goes out and steals the show, but he can't be guy that I wait two or three hours to see in the main event of show. Great wrestler, but not World Heavyweight Championship worthy.
