I don't BOTHER responding to such E-mails. The FACT is, that they're just HOPELESS, at answering them, - so, instead, - having been a CUSTOMER, - first, of "NTL-TELEWEST", and, NOW, of "VIRGIN MEDIA", for quite a WHILE, now, - I just pick up my land-line PHONE, and TALK to them, DIRECTLY! Their representatives are POLITE, and VERY HELPFUL, - and, I have NEVER had ANY hassles, with ANYBODY, from there!
I cannot PRAISE them, HIGHLY, enough!

your like me i cannot get in to email account reset four times in aweek phoned and email from my back account still no reply so give up will not bother withthem any more
