I applied there twice already. First, your height must be proportionate to your weight. Their minimum height requirement is 5feet 3 inches (you must pass their own standard measurement scale). Second, you must have good communication skills, must be pretty, with fair skin complexion. Third, you must know how to swim, pass their IQ tests and group interview and panel interview. Must be at least 18 years old and must be at least second year college.
