I can feel a lump,I am getting butterflies,tender breasts,sickness and my last period was due29th january.

i have done 2 tests and both returned negative results.

Yes, ultrasound can miss a pregnancy depending on where the pregnancy is located (the reason for saying it this way is because sometimes an ectopic pregnancy can occur and that kind of pregnancy is very serious).

As for pregnancy tests, if you are talking about the home pregnancy tests, no they are not always accurate which is why it is very important to check in with the dr to run the blood test for HCG (this is the hormone that connects to pregnancy). If the level of HCG rises to a certain level that let's the dr know that the woman is pregnant.

I would recommend checking with your dr to see what they say.

a scan of the overys can not make you miss a period. tests do not work on e1 if the test come bk neg or invalid then get a blood test done that will give you a poss or neg i think it is always the best way

i suppose with the symptons youer getting then yes they could. and pregnancy tests dowork on all people. have you took a test yet? if not then take one asap then you can start going to the hospital and having your scans etc. the best pregnancy test you could take is the clearblue test its a bit dear but you will be givin the true answer good luck

Yes they can miss in a scan. It is not likely to miss however.
No test do not work on everyone.
