Some parents feel as though they gave birth to the child so they don't see anything wrong with playing with their son as they call it. They don't see it as being sexual abuse, to them they are teaching as wrong as it maybe they will justify it in every way they can. They don't deserve to be parents and when caught they often blame the child and claim the child started it. It's not only a sickness, but it's a crime. Most parents when arrested for it will make the child even feel guilty and often the child does. But it's sexual abuse and needs to be reported.

This question is bound to be deleted soon, but here goes anyway: There is a psychological thing called "bonding" that takes place between brothers and sisters and parents and children when the children are infants that keeps them from ever wanting to have sex with each other. It's something that everyone takes for granted. But sometimes it doesn't work like it's supposed to, like if they aren't around each other during infancy, one suffers an emotional trauma, or sometimes "just because." In that case, one might be attracted to the other just like they weren't related at all. It's still a bad idea to do anything about it, of course, but they don't have those feelings because they're deliberately being "evil." They just need help in dealing with the situation when the natural bonding isn't there to keep them from having the feelings in the first place.

OK, one other thing: Bonding can take place later in life among people in a family relationship who aren't related by birth, like step parents, in-laws and adoptions and other cases where strong family feelings develop. It doesn't always work, often doesn't, and it's not automatic (marrying someone's mother doesn't make them "your" child), but it does happen (for the best). Again, when it doesn't, it doesn't mean that they're bad people, just that they have to do consciously what other people do by nature and have to constantly guard against feelings of attraction that others just don't have.
