I think it would very much depend on the element of suprise.
If the T.Rex was able to creep up on the Borg and attack unexpectedly then the borg would not be able to put up a fight.
History of course wopuld not accredit the TRex with a great victory but just regard it as a normal preditory behaviour.
However if the borg knew about the coming conflict then I expect they use their technology to defeat the T.Rex with some weapon or other.
Again History would say that the Borg mercilessly killed a relatively stupid and defensless animal.
Presumably the Borg could just choose not to fight and remove themselves from the proximity of the TRex unless of course theres some territorial dispute.
Your not meaning Marc Bloan OUT OF Trex are you??
In that case a much more even match because of Marcs greater speed of movement maybe he could bludgeon the Borg with something.
Difficult one to predict that..

assuming the Borg even on a 1st encounter with a T-Rex and on its own for a change - the Borg would win as it would have its phaser type weapon and it could also assimilate the T-Rex into the collective. Mind you imagine having a t-Rex mind running through the collective! would the Borg queen be able to control such a primeval mind?

if the Borg is one of those guys from Stat Trek, living in a dice, then i put all my money on them, after all the T-Rex is just a dumb giant lizard that didn't manage to survive a sodding meteor fall !
