Drink more water, and don't eat anything after 8:00 PM. Eat less for dinner too. It's not good to eat much before you go to bed. Continue exercising, It's good for you, only I think you should be running 3km. But that's only if you can. If sesarian prevents you from running, then dont run.

Stop KM start miles. If yer weight in Lbs Ya gotta get rid of it in miles. Metric weight loss will not work. A bit serious........any weight loss starts with burning more calories than you consume. I happen to have one of those majic metabolisms that lets me maintain 135 lb since 1965. Weight maintainence is a lifestyle. I eat 6,000 cal or more a day. I stand on my feet at work 8 hrs a day. Here lies the secret. Be active. No way U can sit all day, walk an hr and lose weight. Never happen. Weight loss or gain is a long term process for me. Took me near 8 mo to gain 20 lb once. Losing it faster than U gained is unrealistic. Obesity is a choice for 90% of the obese. start by eating half your normal intake at all meals. Follow that by 4 times the excercise. U do that for a couple years U be like me.........trying to gain weight. Most people can change their metabolism in a couple short years by pushing their fat *** away from the table and burning off the calories they ingest. No insult implied or intended. Ya gotta stick to it. every day, every meal. At first you may eat 600 cal and gain..........that will change if U stay with it long enuf. Weight control is a lifestyle thing. Has a little to do with eating when u get to the place where food is fuel for the body instead of food being gratifacation for the mind. Eat when depressed? U gain..........Eat when U lonely.........U gain..........eat for any reason except body need fuel...............U gain. It's just about that easy. Stop thinking of food as your friend. It's just fuel and only eat when your tank is empty. I know, big change, I was a fat kid, now I'm a skinny old man. I struggle to maintain 135 lb. Guess what? I weighed 135 in 1965 when I grad HS
Broke my back in 7 places in '74...........never got over 150. No diet, just common sense. Move less eat less. Smaller meals. Same food. guess I have trouble understanding overweight folks 'cause I found the secret long ago. bottom line here. Food is fuel. Food is not your friend.

Portion control is the answer. Keep walking and cut your portions in half of what you eat. Eat a very good meal for lunch and for dinner have a salad, and you will see the pounds come off quite quickly. Good Luck. Also on weekends, have one "cheat" day where you can have a small piece of cake, a small ice cream cone, or anything you don't have during the week. You will still lose weight, because I did with this way of doing things.
