As a Democrat, I am encouraged that the religious Right hasn't annointed a standard bearer. Why do people want to mix religion with politics? If they do, why not just run a minister for office?

Well according the prophet Jerry Falwell he supports Newt despite the fact Newt cheated on his wife during the Clinton impeachment. They all are "family value" guys between them must have had several wives.
