I imagine it occuring outdoors at night after a wonderful, romantic day that just the two of us spent together, maybe composed of a hot air balloon ride, a dinner cruise, a picnic you packed, a long walk, etc. Don't do it in public or in front of either of our families, I picture it being very private and intimate.
Speak from the heart and begin telling her why you love her and what makes her different. Rehearse it but only once, you want it to be genuine without being tongue tied. Say her first and last name, get down on one knee while opening the ring box and ask "WILL YOU MARRY ME?" Good luck!!!

take me to the place we had our first kiss, pick me up with a big bunch of red roses, and spend the evening just talking about our relationship and how happy you are we're together, then at the end of the night, down on one knee and propose, promising to love and protect me for the rest of our lives, with a gorgeous engagement ring! that would be my dream proposal, shame I don't wanna get married so I'd have to say no but all the same lol

First I would like for you to purpose to me on the Valintine's day. Second, I would like to be on top of a huge skyscraper looking down on a huge city at night ( the sear's tower skydeck will do), Third when I least suspected it you propose and you show me a ring that looks like diamonds. You say, "Diamonds are forever and I would like for you to be mine forever" or something to that effect. It doesn't get anymore romantic then this.

well not in a restaurant and not in front of a lot of ppl, i'd like us to be alone, maybe somewhere out in the nature.. as a surprise so i cant expect it, just sweet.. and say something nice before it, and yeah i'd like u to get on ur knees that just belongs to it i think.. on a lazy summer day while the wind blows through my hair..

propose nicely, not some junky place (ie in a McDonald's or at the bus stop) be honest (i won't laugh, i promise) don't laugh if i start crying :). propose coz YOU LOVE ME :)!!!
i dunno. never thought about it before....
