Think about when you are a teen and you "think" you know everything....there is still so much to learn. As an adult you realize that there was much you didnt know for sure really and you begin to know that things change daily. New technology and other facts about our history are found daily.Look at how much we have learned about our solar system recently and we were convinced that we knew how many planets etc... so I think the more you know, you realize thre is still so much you dont know.....

as you accumulate wisdom you realize that a lot of what you previously thought you knew and took as obvious you actually do not know. also, as you learn things, you learn about the existence of even more subjects that you had not heard about before. so, you 'unlearn' what you previously learn while learning there is more to learn than you previously thought there was.

The logical solution to your quote is "Ignorance is Bliss" because the more knowledge one gains, the more one is aware of how much more there is to ne learned.

the more you come to know (as your knowledge increases), you come to know (you realize) that you know very little and that you don't know a lot.
