Walking is good.

One more thing you can do is, take 1 glass of mild lemon water WITHOUT salt. Take it before your walk. And, do a little running too. This will help you a lot.

Start your day with fruits,sprouts or salads. Mid day some porridge. Noon meal with salads,lots of vegetables and chapati/rice. evening tea with roasted namkeens or steam cooked food. Night light meals with fruits. Brisk walk daily early morning for thirty minutes. This will keep you definitely fit.don't worry.
