I get vex so quick and this causes me a lot and i do not still have a remedy for this comportment. i will need your help biologicly, in line of medicine ,food to eat to minimize this and also things to do to get this attitude go down the drain.tkx

you have an anxiety disorder...talk to your doctor about a medicine for anxiety...i have the same symptoms...he will help...if you dont have insurance and no doctor...smoke some weed...no lie it will help i promise

Dnt know but i think somewhere u r not happy wid something or not satisfied.May be m wrong.
Stay in the company of people u love/like.Spend time in nature.
Therz no medicine for it.Whenever u get annoyed next time start counting numbers on ur fingers or indulge ur mind somewhere else.

If you do not want to be annoyed means you have to be cool.Take no medicine unless your doctor advised you,and according to your age and weight take your food mainly from vegetables and fruits,do not smoke or take alcohol and sleep 8 or 9 hours daily one hour of them during the day.

I don't know about medicines but you could try biting your tounge. It sounds like you have a short fuse like me. Why would you want to just drug yourself to change it? You know you are doing it, which is good. It's like a super power, you need to learn how to control it. Take an anger management class instead of a pill. When you feel yourself ready to lash out count to 10 nice and slow, see if that helps. If not switch to decaf coffee.
