The small plastic thing at the bottom of a light switch cord (for example one used in bathrooms) or at the bottom of a blind cord?

Thanks

Anything like that on the end of a cord is called a "Toggle" - as in the old coats we used to have - can't remember their name, but instead of buttons they were all bits of fancy shaped wood - TOGGLES ! ! !

I call them light cord toggles and the shops seem to know what I mean.
