Not with any where near 100% accuracy. Depending on whether you have sex before or after ovulation may make a difference, as male and female sperm swim at different speeds, and one dies quicker than the other (sorry, can't remember which way round). Also some research would suggest that different groin temperature of the man has some bearing on the predominance of either male/female sperm, and what the woman eats, whether acid or alkaline, can affect the cervical mucus which is then more hospitable to one sex of sperm or another.
A simple, one word answer though, would be NO.

Why would you want to choose the sex of your baby? As long as it's healthy then sex shouldn't matter. There are thousands of childless couples out there who would give anything for a baby - whatever the sex. If you do get pregnant, then just be happy that you have been blessed instead of wanting more.

My own personal opinion is no. There are loads of things out there claiming that you can choose the sex of your baby or do things to get the sex you want but I think they're untrue and misleading. When it comes down to it it's a 50/50 chance and the male is responsible.

You should start by not wanting to get pregnant, just have sex everyday or every other day and don't think about getting pregnant, just have fun with your partner. Get more useful information and guides to get pregnant herehttps://tr.im/RoQ8Y

workout, even if its just a 20 minute walk a day, be active.

I hope not, personally Id just be glad its healthy. however, i did once hear a funny idea that depending on who put the effort into the conception then that decides the sex! So if your guy's trying hardest and youre lying there thinking of England, then itll be a boy and if its vice versa, a girl!! 100% cr*p but still made me laugh! Have fun trying xx

look there is no absolute garuntee but if your trying for a girl the say to have 3 days before you ovulate and for a boy about 3 days after and also this is the most horrible for a girl they say not 2 orgasm as your vaginal fluids have more alkaline i think it is which affects the sperm and also not to fully penetrate for a girl but for a boy be as close to the cervix as possible. anyway this was from a book i have i cant remember what its called but the sucsess rate is like 85% good luck!! if i find the name of thebook ill email you!

Absolutely choosing the sex of your baby naturally is impossible. Even scientist can't do that.

So, with this truth, you must accept what ever sex your baby has because it's unpredictable.

The link below takes you to a Chinese chart which apparently can predict sex of baby according to age of mother and conception date. If you check it with your friends' mothers' age and conception dates it is often true...
