Maybe. How long has it been? Have you tried making the first move? How old is he? Things like stress, medications, alcohol consumption, depression and illness affect our drives. I'm bi-polar, and my moods change. Some weeks I want it every day, and some weeks not at all.

not always, sometimes he may just not be up to. I know I have to deal with this. But if I had to choose, and I wasn't the one getting him off, I would much rather he were taking care of it himself than with someone else :-)

There could be many reasons other than cheating.
Ask him, maybe he's tired or depressed.
Make the first move and see what happens.
