I'm planing to use it with Apple plasma 23in. display. My computer can ONLY suport PCI or PCI-X (Not PCI-E or AGP).

Highly unlikely.. Pricewatch shows nothing of the sort..They just weren't putting that much memory in PCI form factor cards..

lol nah yet pci-e 1x can slot in a pci 16x and pci-e a million.0 is compatable with pci-e 2.0 yet sorry pci and pci convey arent compatable, different form of pins, different %, different length etc

PCI-X slots are found in mostly server PCs. They are noy ment for gaming or for using with plasma TV. So you most probably have to buy a new motherboard

doubt it. the best pci card is the ATI 9250. its alrite. i have it.
