I would say to go talk to her but to some people that is pointless. friends should not make you hurt. i had the same thing happen to me. find new friends that take this one off your mind. i know it is hard to replace a friend that has been there for you and knows so much about you but you need to know that friends come and go. this friend does not deserve to be in your life if they will treat you this way and just up and ignore you because of the new crowd they are with. good luck!

Why don't you talk with her and see if maybe the two of you can still do some things together. She may be just wanting to expand her friendships with other people. Try getting together with her and maybe go to lunch and talk with her and let her know that you miss her friendship. See if maybe her and her new friends would like to do some things with you, so that she knows that your alright with her new friends.

Maybe you should also make other friends as well, it is after all good to have a lot of friends and not just be friends with just one person. Try getting to know other people too and do things with them, it's always nice to have lots of friends.

Talk with your friend and see what is going on with her. I'm sure she just isn't thinking and that she is just getting to know other people as well. Don't be so hard on your self or her. Like I said get to know other people as its always great to have lots of different friends to hang out with.
