Does anyone know of a website for reporting people who use messenger to try to obtain money? I have the full name and address of someone who does this. He is a persistent little perisher and he deserves a kick in the pants.

You can always trace his IP connection to find out who is his Internet provider, you can than report him to his Internet provider usually the contact is "abuse@isp_name.domain"
Also, the police is a good place to start with

Yes, he is a right little perisher, and fully deserves a kick up the rear.
I thought it was only Eastern European women who were into this.
First of all block him, and then report him to your provider.
Would be tempting to report him to police as well.
People like that should be locked up.

Why report him. Im sure you got better things to do. Anyways believe me no one falls for those stupid Emails or Instant messages. And if troubles you so much just block them.

Just block him from your messenger list.
Email your messenger provider with his details.
