Why don't Scientists create a life?

Possibly because creation is impossible.

They have, however, produced amino acids, which are the basic building blocks of life. So, it's a start. Given a half to one billion years of brewing that, who knows what they can come up with.

One day a group of scientists got together and decided that man had come a long way and no longer needed God. So they picked one scientist to go and tell Him that they were done with Him.

The scientist walked up to God and said, “God, we've decided that we no longer need you. We’re to the point that we can clone people and do many miraculous things, so why don’t you just go on and mind your own business?”

God listened very patiently and kindly to the man. After the scientist was done talking, God said, “Very well, how about this? Let’s say we have a man-making contest.”

To which the scientist replied, “Okay, we can handle that!”
“But,” God added, “we’re going to do this just like I did back in the old days with Adam.”

The scientist said, “Sure, no problem” and bent down and grabbed himself a handful of dirt.

God looked at him and said, “No, no, no. You go get your own dirt.”

Moral: It isn’t enough just to be able to explain the origin of life, if you cannot explain the raw materials and fine-tuned parameters of chemistry and physics. As Carl Sagan said in Cosmos, “To really make an apple pie from scratch, you must begin by inventing the universe.”

First understand the two words scientists and life ... which are two unrelated words ... i mean two different subject.
ie Scientiest is related to the science who test, invent and make sucess the science study is known as scientiest.
And life is something causal word which we use in life mean it is a term we use to for living being.
First of all in science life mean a power geneated naturally for example like Humanbeing,animal,trees are all naturall power geneated... these things have a natural system built in to resist and keep the power on ... that come from nature itself ... for example food,water,sun etc are the things keep the power fully charged.
Now come towards the science way of power ... as u know the best example is robo created by japan has a batry power or solar power which acts naturally and works.
Now in your mind the question raises is that i dint get what u wanna say .....right that is a causal way of thinking not a scientific way of thinking.
For example : if u think causally : just drop down a stone it will go down ....because as per u it has to go down its quiet natural right.... but if u think scientifically it is because of gravity right.....
did u get what i say ..... think scientifically u will get the answer... science has already proved the life in the world ... dear u r very late to understand it ...

Because it's hard.

I'm not just being funny. Creating life is very complex. That doesn't mean it's impossible ... just that we haven't been able to do so up to now.

But scientists are getting closer all the time.

It is not about playing God. It's about understanding how life emerged.
