why man needs woman,and also woman needs man?

A woman teaches a man to stay grounded and that home is truly where the heart is. Whereas a man teaches a woman to fly and spread her wings and truly live.

I'm guessing you mean other than the obvious need for procreation ?

Man needs woman to cook, clean, wash, and tend to his every need.

Woman needs man for absolutely nothing really - in fact she'd probably be better off without man at all.
