SOF2 Gold Multiplayer game?

Help please

I seem to be the only one on sof2 that cannot jump onto boxes and buildings etc. When I do jump I dont seem to get high enough. Does anybody have the way to give me the control or what buttons to press to do this

also when people fire they seem to get a better aim spinning round and going left and right. I know this isnt a cheat but can anybody advise how to do it

with the jumping you have to crouch and then release the crouch button as you hit the jump button

and with the "better aim", you just have to practice a lot and even then some people just can't do it
