For school, I have to write a short story/picture story book. It has to be about trust. I have came up with an idea about a man being blind, and relying on people to get out of his war torn town. I don't know what to write. Any ideas would be helpful. Keeping into account, that I am trying to write a picture story book for adults... A chalenge I know. All help will be much appreciated.

It is kind of dissapointing to know that Yahoo! Answers have turned into a spamming piece of crap. Thanks to Amee for her answer, but other than that. It has really been a bad example of friendlyness. Yahoo! Answers should not be for free advertisement the way Jessica R has done. Go somewhere else to advertise your work.

It sounds as though you really have formulated a good story line. What about picturing different people helping him along the way - perhaps a mother with small children, who can only help for a little way because her own children need her. What about a deaf man who needs help also, - can lead the blind man, but needs the blind man to listen to crashing of shelling and getting them out of the way.

Follow that man as he tries, frantically, with his white cane, pleading for help from each person who passes, not sure of which way to go, but eventually safely exiting the town with perhaps a little child, who is very brave, leading him.

maybe you can have a blind man walk thro his normal day, and then you can show him slowly expanding his chances, have him fall into all types of situations and never show him losing hope
