What qualities and attributes do you look for in a woman, now that you are older?

For me, it's:
1. Sense of humor
2. Someone who is relaxed and not tense all the time
3. Still likes to have sex and while not a freak, still likes it.
4. Has a strong sense of right and wrong, a good moral compass.
5. Takes care of themselves-not necessarily a size 2 in a dress but takes some pride in their appearance.
6. Unpretentious
7. Enjoys traveling
8. Has a strong sense of family
9. Will accept me as I am, warts and all and wouldn't try to transform me into something I'm not

Everything we were looking for when we were in our 20's/30's but one who have a better understanding of live in general. Older women tend to be more stable in there lives and don't tend to change their mind on a whim.

It's all about compatibility. My 45 year old wife is my best friend. We make each other laugh. We're both comfortable in our own skin. We can talk about anything. We don't play 'head games'. We don't argue over trivial nonsense. We trust each other. And we ave a very active and imaginative sex life.
