Your body is still trying to adjust to the changes going on inside of it.
The pain near your ovaries if it is just happening at certain times has to do with ovulation which occurs a couple weeks before the period actually starts. As for the lump that goes up and down that could be a lymph node..
I would recommend also discussing your concerns with your mom and your dr.
As for the acne, that can occur with hormonal changes that are taking place. I went thru this myself.

This symptoms are common to most of girls, after puberty. Irregular periods, back pain, acne, anxiety, depression, getting emotional etc., In due course every thing will set right. Nothing to worry. If pain is more take painkillers. Some take anti pregnancy pill, to set right their periods, but I do not recommend, because you are too young and attained puberty only a year ago. For your personal satisfaction, you can consult your Mom or your friends, who have overcome this stage.

I am worried that you havent had a period - are you sexually active? if so, you could be pregnant. as for the lump, its hard to tell without a proper examination - so go and see your dr. the acne will go in time, but in the meantime use 'clearisil' or other cleanser. it is mostly related to your hormones so it will go in time.

I think you should see an OBGYN right away...If your active in spots that can be why your period has come late also if you under weight...But the pain could be something serious so I would see a DR....
