Yes, it is admirable when celebrities will stand up for what they believe & raise awareness on various issues (such as Leo Di Caprio on global warming) because of their popularity, the wide audience they can reach & the influence they have.

Well... I don't really know if you are asking a question or telling us something good... but....

I think we are then celebrities with common sense... we all in Yahoo! Answers... including yourself...
why?... because tons of people enter this site.... tons of people will read your answers and questions.... if you really make sense to them then you will make a difference in their life... We, common average people, are changing the world bit by bit.... We have the power to influence people... and this is our means of communicating our ideas and thoughts... that might change at least one person for good (and that's enought for me)...

Think about... tons of people that at least make someone elses day by helping him/her out....

Bit by bit the world is changing.... thanks to all of us that use the means of communication for something else than just plain self-recreation... but rather something more noble and humane... helping others... sharing wisdom, knowledge, ideas, theories, etc.. etc...

*** Even more admirable than the celebrities... are the common people that by helping others unconditionally in this kind of places like Yahoo! Answers are able, like I said, to make somebody elses day everyday....***

We don't need to sing well or know a complete science like our own hand to be capable of helping and have the will to do it.....

I see a bunch of people with tons and tons of points in this website.... I admire those people more than any other celebrity.... I believe they have change even more lives WITHOUT the help of popularity....

Hope that helps anyone!

CHRIS
