by asking questons that truly involve a person and make them feel like you genuinely would like to know how they feel.one gentleman had a lot of stars by just asking peoples hair color....what i noticed was that he ended the sentence by saying.......mine is.......tell me about yours.
that made it all the more casual like sitting on the couch together and looking in ones eyes.
very personable.
we like that.
