Well....I think Usher delivers a lot better when he's singing and performing. Ne-Yo just doesn't have the "it" that I like. But Ne-Yo is definitely a better songwriter than Usher. Ne-Yo has written some of the biggest hits for so many R&B artists. He even wrote "Irreplaceable" by Beyonce and "Let Me Love You" by Mario...both which turned out to be #1 hits on the Billboard chart.
