I never believed I'd have these feelings again, but I couldn't control them. I am so happy for it now.

Please edit sentence starting with I am so...
Just want to show you first sentence that is going to go before it as thats the only way to tell how to it would sound best to reword it. Like does it sound better to say
I am so happy for THAT now.

Still writing that love letter? 'them' would sound better.

Hmmmm, really, you can eliminate the pronoun in that sentence altogether:

I never believed I'd have these feelings again, but I couldn't control them. I am so happy now.

If you feel you must have something there, I'd suggesting being even more clear rather than relying on a pronoun:

I never believed I'd have these feelings again, but I couldn't control them. I am so happy for those feelings now.

OR: I never believed I'd have these feelings again, but I couldn't control them. I am so happy now that I relinquished control.

If the subject are the re-gained feelings then you should say, "I am so happy for THEM now", snd snyway the thread seems a little abstract anyway?

What exactly are you trying to say? Neither 'I am so happy for it now' nor 'I now am so happy for THAT now' makes any sense.

"I am so happy for these now" expresses it better
