At least I'm pretty sure that's what he says. It's gotta be late 80's or early 90's. It's very soft and synth like.

It's called "I'm Not In Love" by 10CC. There are other versions sung by a group called OLIVE, and Enrique Iglesias also sings the song.

I think the song Friday by Rebecca Black has the most ridiculous lyrics. This is because during the song, it just keeps on repeating "Friday, Friday, Friday" for like 3 minutes.
