It actually depends on your preference.
If you are going for cheap hotels, you can try HOTEL 81.
But i would recommend you Singapore's very own 6 star hotel, RITZ CARLTON. Its very expensive though.

Try the hotels located at the ORCHARD ROAD if you have more.
