If it is a LCD monitor, it is probably the LCD crystals inside the monitor, I had this exact problem

I would say either an issue with your monitor or Graphics card is to blame here

there must be a technical problem with the monitor, u might have to replace it wit a new one or get it repaired.

press MENU button on you monitor and choose DEGAUSSING then OK. Try that first. If it didnt do anything then buy a new one.

adjust your monitor settings. other wise your monitor is problem
