edit the second sentence please?

I never believed I'd have these feelings again, but I couldn't control them. I am so happy for it now.

Please edit sentence starting with I am so...
Just wnat to show you the first sentence that is going to go before it as hats the onlyw ay to tell how to reword it. Like does it sound better to say
I am so happy for THAT now.

I would rather say, "Those feelings made me very happy.

"I am so happy for these now" expresses it better
