It can take up to 6 months for your periods to come back to normal, when you are on the pill you have controlled periods. It can take your body time to adjust and get back to normal.
If you have come off the pill to become pregnant, you could do a pregnancy test anytime.
But if you do not want to become pregnant please make sure you take other precautions.
If you are worried at all you can either phone up the NHS phone line, or go and see your Doctor or a nurse at your surgery.

Don't worry too much. You can take a preganancy test right now, enough time has passed.
Also, when you stop taking the pill (which dictated your menstrual cycle) it takes a while for your body to get back into sync with itself. It's even possible for you to miss 2 months completely. I would start to worry after the third month though, so best you take that pregnancy test.Take it twice just to be sure. If you're not pregnant but your period still doesn't arrive, then I would highly recommend seeing a doctor.

It can take a while for your body to settle down again. If you feel there is any chance you could be pregnant take a test as soon as possible, even if it's just to put your mind at rest. If you haven't had another period by the end of April I would suggest going to see your doctor. If you are really worried, make an appointment sooner.

Because it's been 3 months now since you came off the pill it could come at any time, but I would recommend checking with your dr to be on the safe side.
