the flag was suspended out on a pole... it didn't wave
there is no atmosphere and by extension no wind on the moon

The shadows are all one sided because there is one light source making them.
The flag does NOT show wind blowing. People who say it does have not seen the videos. Or maybe they have seen one part of one video where the astronauts are shaking the pole which does make the flag move, naturally.
There IS dust while they walk, but it just falls quickly to the ground because there is no air to make it billow up into a cloud. If the flag were blowing in the wind, then there would be dust clouds when they walk.

Another part of the moon landing hoax theory deals with the American flag. The picture that was sent back showed this flag fluttering as in a wind. Some believers in the moon landing hoax feel that this was proof that this picture had been taken on earth and not the result of a moon landing. The fact that the flag flutters in the wind when there is no wind on the moon could lend some degree of credibility to the belief that this was a hoax. However, experts who defend against the moon landing hoax theory explain that a vacuum has no friction. On the moon things don't stop moving as quickly as they do on Earth, so when the astronauts planted and straightened the pole and flag, the movement would have easily caused the flag to move or "flutter". Thus it cannot be used as evidence in the moon landing hoax theory.

Sigh, this was the reason I quit this section a few weeks ago, I got tired of this question and others like it (but I still answer them? I guess that says something about me.)
First: The shadows.
It is all a mater of perspective (of course, your perspectie seems a bit skewered to me, but mine probably seems the same to you).
Have you ever stood on a set of railroad tracks and seen how they appear to converge far away, near the horizon? This is an effect of perspective, of course. The railroad tracks are parallel (they wouldn’t be much use if they weren’t), but our eyes and brain interpret them as converging.
The same thing is happening in the lunar photographs. The shadows don’t appear to be parallel because of perspective. When comparing the directions of shadows from two objects at very different distances, perspective effects can be quite large. I have seen this myself, by standing near a tall street lamp around sunset and comparing its shadow to that of one across the street. The two shadows appear to point in two very different directions. It’s actually a pretty weird thing to see.
Again, this is something that can be investigated quite literally in your front yard, and is hardly evidence of a multibillion-dollar conspiracy.
Now, for the waving flag:
It was known that there is no atmosphere on the moon. Watching the moon occulte a star proves it even from a quarter of a million miles away.
How to we get a flag to stand out and be seen when no wind will blow it? (I'm going kind of slow for you, becuase I know you might have trouble following a line of reason since you seemed to have lost yours).
The team a NASA (while not standing around the water cooler plotting) decided to use an aluminum pole sticking out from the main flag pole to hold the flag out for the pretty pictures..
Now, the film was taken right after the flag was planted and adjusted (moved around). This movement caused the flag to also move. Following Newton's Laws (that Sir Isaac, not Wayne or Fig), the cloth flag continued to move for few seconds after they stop moving assembly (with no atmosphere to provive friction, a bit longer than it would have on Earth). This gave the flag the appearence of waving.
Now, I do hope that explains it to you (again). However, if you have any more questions (reasons why it was faked), go to the excellent web site suggested above.
And for god's sake, quite listening to a dissatified publicity agent out to make a few buck by postulating a conspiracy where there was none (he did become quite wealthy from the TV shows and books).

Every stinkin' day we get people asking about this moon landing hoax nonsense.
The hoax claims - including the ones you mention - are all very nicely refuted at the website linked below. Check it out.
