i get these kind of sores all the time but they are normally o my lip.. it can be caused by stress.. goto the chemists and talk o them or see your doctors normlly i would say take vectavir but that is for external use only... they do only last 14 days or so un medicated so wit the proper meds you can get rid of them in about 4-7 days hope this helps

It is a common manifestation of the herpes virus. I believe the correct name is herpes stomatitis. It will clear up in a few days on its own.
