Did he give a reason for it? I mean, he has not just a distaste for it, but an absolute compulsion to destroy it, as evidenced by his 'How To Kill a Porsche 911' episode. I think it's one of the best cars around. Why does he hate it so much?

I think he hates it so much 'cause it's german.. i agree with you it's a great car...
He admitted it once though, for the latest Carrera something they tested on the second last episode of the last serie.
And no, he drives a Lambo, Gallardo spyder... just sold his Ford GT

He hates the Porsche 911 because I believe he said there are too many kinds of 911's eg. 911 Carrera and 911 Turbo. And basically they are rubbish.

Does JC ever give any explaination other than "it's rubbish".
He doesn't like the M6 either, and it's a great car. He's biased towards Lambos and Aston Martins...but who can blame him for that one.
