i want to lower my car as far as possible with 15" wheels. i have already lowered it by 40mm, but know it could easily go another 30mm. is coilovers my only option. i'm on a tight budget. any other ways, or cheap kits that will give me around a -80mm drop?

Its dodgy and dangerous but you can cut the springs down!

not to be too mean but theres no point in lowering your car too low then your gonna **** your front bumper up on the streets....to me ppl with lowered cars look like wanna be fast and the furious guys
