my ex husband has been after me since he knew i ws leaving when he found out the guy was black he said he'd kill me before letting me leave him for a i cant say the word and he did try to strangle me well by brother kicked his a*s and he went away for a minute now he comes around when he knows my fiancee is gone to work wanting to see our son which i did cause he is his son im 8mths pregnant with my fiancee's baby well a week ago i let him in and he almost raped me the only thing that stopped him was our son waking up so he left i kept it to myself cause it was my fault for letting him in now he calls my cell all the time he pops up wherever i am he send roses to my house my uncle urges me to take him back said he comes from a good italian family and he hates my fiancee what should i do im scared for my safety?

You have to remember that you are not the only one that your need to be afraid for anymore. You have a son and another child on the way. If you are too afraid to stand up for yourself, stand up for them. Don't ever say or think that him almost raping you was your fault in any way whatsoever. He has commited a crime. Have you told your fiancee about this incident?? If you haven't you need to ASAP. He deserves to know this! He loves you and you are his fiancee, please let him know. That way you can both think of something to do about this situation. I would suggest to go to the police and get some type of restraining order made against him. Imagine this sort of thing happening when your baby is born? you want to be happy and joyful in this stage of your life - you've moved on and found love again and now you both have the gift of a child. Don't let your ex ruin this experience for you and especially not for your fiancee. Do something now.
And in regards ot your uncle?? Ignore him! You know whats right and whats wrong for you. I'm sorry to hear about your situation, mt thoughts are with you.

well, let the police in on it. get a restraining order. or get a bodyguard. You need to report the attempted rape. You definately dont want to be with a person like that who is that controling.
