When you ask a question that contains an unsupported implied bias, slander, or piece of information you're basically just bad mouthing.

There are a lot of red tape in the bureaucracy and the government is not doing anything to stop it. It is time for the people to vote for candidates who will truly serve the people and not to enrich themselves while in power.
