It's probably better to correct him unless it has gone on for too long (like over a year), because then it might get awkward and you have already shown that you are okay with the mistake. If he asks and you really are okay with the mistake, just explain that you go by either, but that most use the other. etc.

If you don't care, then let him take his time and find out on his own. But If it bothers you, next time that he calls you, give him a cute smile and a little laugh and tell him "You are the first person to misspronounce my name"

send him an email with your name in font 12 for the sor and the E in font 48, followed by the n in font 12 again.
correcting your boss is never easy.
