Do you think it is wet? Whether you like it or not you are so conditioned to believe that water IS wet that you cannot possibly comprehend it not being wet however hard you try. So yes water is wet. The question should be "How can I make water DRY!?"

Soap works because it makes water "wetter" so to make water wet you must remove the surface tension by using soap...
