Identical twins are not 100% identical. So surprisingly, they do not have the same fingerprints. While the difference in DNA is infintesimally small, our fingerprint formation is not merely a genetic occurrence. The environment in the womb and outside throughout life also contribute to this process. Hence, sorry to say, identical twins do not have the same prints.
Hope this helps!

Surprisingly, no. Fingerprints develop by a chaotic process, so the slightest variation in development conditions leads to different fingerprints.
