The soul is immaterial, just as God is immaterial. Therefore it cannot have a weight - which is completely different to weighing nothing. It is incapable of being weighed.
The Pseudo-scientific claims of the soul weighing 21 grams, according to the 1907 studies by Dr. Duncan McDougall, are simply preposterous. Not only was this experiment conducted on a small scale of six individuals, it was never retested. Secondly, the data illustrates several inconsistencies, two of the subjects' data was ultimately rejected, and one subjected showed a reversal of the alleged "soul loss".
This weight loss was scientifically refuted, stating evaporation was the cause for the apparent weight loss. It is common for the body temperature to rise immediately afterwards, due to the ceased blood circulation.

Well, I think that if you are religiously speaking of a soul, I'll go with the "the nicer you are, the lighter you are" theory. BTW, what proves that a soul is matter? To me it is energy. A quick question. Does energy weigh anything?

21 grams. (Good movie too. I thought that was really cool when I found out that the soul actually had a weight. How else do you explain why a body is suddenly 21 grams lighter after a person flatlines?)

Good question! Once my teacher told me that if we are evil or sinful our soul will be heavy as we will be burden by guilt and fear. A good man's soul will weight as light as air for it doesn't burden with any negative thinking or guilt. So how heavy is your soul?
